Slovenian bass Peter Dolinšek has been a member of the solo ensemble at Oper Leipzig since 2022, where his roles have included Masetto (Don Giovanni), the Sacristan (Tosca), Hans (Undine), and Curio (Giulio Cesare in Egitto). More recently, he appeared at Theater Chemnitz as Colline in La Bohème.

He has already collaborated with distinguished conductors such as Matthias Foremny, Christoph Gedschold, Antonino Fogliani, Jonathan Darlington, and Rubén Dubrovsky, further shaping his artistic profile and musical versatility.

Born in Ljubljana, Dolinšek began his vocal training in 2013 at the Vič-Rudnik Music School with Prof. Alenka Slokar Bajc. He continued his studies at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna under Dr. Michail Lanskoi and Prof. Akiko Nakajima. Since 2022, he has been refining his craft with KS Roland Schubert at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater “Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy” Leipzig.
