STAATSOPER HAMBURG – ANNIKA SCHLICHT

As of August 1, 2025, Annika Schlicht joins the ensemble of the Staatsoper Hamburg. In her first season, she will appear in major roles including:

• Das Paradies und die Peri (Robert Schumann)

• The Composer in Ariadne auf Naxos (Richard Strauss)

• Judith in Bluebeard’s Castle (Béla Bartók)

• Pauline in Pique Dame (Peter Tchaikovsky)

• Brangäne in Tristan und Isolde (Richard Wagner)

Additional engagements for the 2025/26 season include:

• Gurrelieder with the Orchestra of Deutsche Oper Berlin at the Berlin Philharmonie

• Fricka and Waltraute in the Ring cycle at Deutsche Oper Berlin

• Wesendonck Lieder with the Dresden Philharmonic at the Ravello Festival

• Kindertotenlieder with the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin

• Songs from “Des Knaben Wunderhorn” with the Philharmonic State Orchestra Hamburg at the Elbphilharmonie

• Songs by Dora Pejacevic with the Staatskapelle Weimar in Zagreb
