In the 2025\/26 season, Eleonore Marguerre will once again appear as Minnie in Puccini\u2019s La fanciulla del West<\/em> at the Landestheater Detmold, continuing her successful collaboration with the house where she made her role debut in the previous season. Also in the 2024\/25 season, she sang Agathe in Weber\u2019s Der Freisch\u00fctz<\/em> at the Staatstheater Cottbus, further expanding her interpretative range in the German repertoire.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The soprano studied in Karlsruhe and at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, where she graduated with distinction. She is a prizewinner of numerous international competitions, including the Boris Christoff Competition (2009), the Marcello Viotti Concours (2008), and the Leyla Gencer Voice Competition (2006).<\/p>\n

Guest engagements have taken her to prestigious opera houses such as the New National Theatre Tokyo; the Op\u00e9ras of Toulon, Rennes, Nantes, Avignon, and Lausanne (Rosalinde \/ Die Fledermaus<\/em>); Deutsche Oper am Rhein in D\u00fcsseldorf (Violetta \/ La traviata<\/em>); Staatstheater Cottbus (Leonore \/ Fidelio<\/em>); Oper Frankfurt (Isolde \/ Le Vin herb\u00e9<\/em>); Oper Leipzig (Agathe \/ Der Freisch\u00fctz<\/em>); Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden (Arabella \/ Arabella<\/em>); Grand Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de Gen\u00e8ve (Saffi \/ Der Zigeunerbaron<\/em>, Manon<\/em>); Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de la Monnaie (Fuchs, Lisak \/ Das schlaue F\u00fcchslein<\/em>, Elisabeth \/ Frankenstein<\/em>, Woglinde \/ Das Rheingold<\/em>); Musiktheater im Revier (Stadt der Arbeit<\/em>, Laura Hindemith \/ Neues vom Tage<\/em>); as well as to the Oper Bonn and Wuppertaler B\u00fchnen as Hanna Glawari in Die lustige Witwe<\/em>.<\/p>\n

A close artistic collaboration links her with director Jens-Daniel Herzog, under whose tenure at Oper Dortmund she appeared as Manon (Massenet), Arabella, Violetta, Marguerite (Faust<\/em>), Contessa Almaviva, Fiordiligi, and Poppea in Monteverdi\u2019s L\u2019Incoronazione di Poppea<\/em>. At the Staatstheater N\u00fcrnberg, she has performed under his direction as Natascha Rostova (War and Peace<\/em>), Tomiri (Talestri<\/em>), and the Grand Duchess in La Grande-Duchesse de G\u00e9rolstein<\/em>.<\/p>\n
